Who makes decisions in the project?

First, your target idea will be assessed by Actar’s board. If approved, a project will be initiated to explore the target. Tje objective for the first six months is to identify and assess compounds that are active against the target.. During this time the project will be managed by a project leader from Actar.

After this initial period, the project will be re-evaluated by Actar’s board. If approved, it will become a drug discovery project with defined milestones. This process will be managed by the project leader and continually assessed by Actar’s board.

When the project has reached its desired developmental stage, the board of Actar may decide to divest the project or continue in collaboration with a larger pharmaceutical company.
