How is the legal structure?

A letter of intent (LOI) will be signed by Actar and founding researchers prior initiation of the project. The LOI governs the initial stage of the project and also governs the creation of a new joint company.

When the new joint company has been founded, the project will be governed by the shareholder agreement of the new company.
